I originally called Chad looking for an appraisal on my family farm building site. The appraisal turned into working with him on the actual sale of farm building site. He worked with my elderly Mom and visited her at her assisted living facility to get forms signed. Chad was very helpful and knowledgeable on a process myself and my family knew not a lot about. We ran into some road bumps with having to have a new well drilled on the farm site, but the process went smoothly with Chad visiting the farm when the well was being drilled and many other times to make sure things were getting done. Chad kept the whole selling process running promptly and straightforwardly by checking in with me on things that I was working on or needed to get done. My whole family appreciates all of his help and are very grateful to have worked with him to get the family farm building site sold.

Lee was such a great help for my first time home buying experience! He’s made multiple drives from Westbrook MN to Redwood Falls MN so distance is not an issue! For how stressful buying a home can be, it never was with Lee!

After visiting with several real estate companies, I chose Chad Stavnes of Heartland Real Estate Service, Lamberton, MN to list and sell my acreage. He did an excellent job from the listing presentation, advertising, and showings to the final closing. I was able to sell my acreage in a reasonably short time frame for nearly listed price. I couldn’t be happier with everything Chad did for me. 

My Dad was trying to sell his house on his own and it wasn’t working very well. We put it on the market with Chad, itwas on the market for 18 days and then 17 days later closed on the property, Chad did a great job helping us price it and telling us what would be helpful to do to sell the property. I was very pleased with the pictures he took of the property and his professional manner of dealing with all of it. He was also very accommodating on the times to meet with us. 

I really appreciate Chads patience and especially not being pressured. He offered professional opinions and he went out of his way to provide me with information on the town I was moving to. The showings were relaxed and he was able to answer questions or was able to quickly get the answer. He quickly obtained a good grasp of what I was looking for and had lots of knowledge of lamberton and surrounding areas. 

Chad was absolutely wonderful with driving us around from town to town, showing us homes. He'd walk in and look around as if he was buying it for himself and let us know of tiny details he saw. He didn't pressure us into buying the house he had listed up and was very good to us when it was finally time to close on the house! 

Chad is an amazing real estate agent. My husband and I purchased our home through Chad a couple years ago and since then he has help both our son find his 1st home and our daughter find her 2nd home. My daughter would send him a list of homes she liked and he would get everything set up so she could go look. He would find homes she did not see and after about a month of showing my daughter homes she found one she liked (she was picky), but Chad did an amazing job and helped with everything from start to finish.
