I grew up on a farm several miles south of Revere and graduated from Westbrook-Walnut Grove High School in 2003. After High school, I moved to Willmar where I got my Associates Degree in Business. After moving to Marshall, I received my Bachelor’s degree in Management and Finance from Southwest Minnesota State University in 2008. Before Moving to Walnut Grove I spent a few years as a credit analyst, Finance Manager, and Pharmaceutical Rep before getting my Insurance License in 2013 and then Realtors License in 2014. Being in Southwest Minnesota, I am glad to be back in the area to start and grow my family as well as provide great service to customers in Insurance and Real Estate. I have spent the last 4 years living in walnut Grove where I am involved in several activities in the community including Walnut Grove volunteer firefighter, St. Olaf Church Council member, Walnut Grove Loggers, and Walnut Grove Area Foundation. My Insurance office is located in Walnut Grove (Farm Bureau Financial Services) and I am very excited to join Heartland Real Estate Services to provide buyers and sellers with a great experience.Contact Tyler Today!
Meet Chad Stavnes, Broker/Owner of Heartland Real Estate Services, LLC
I grew up in the Lamberton area and graduated from Sanborn/Lamberton High School in 1991. I married my lovely high school sweetheart, Jenny, in 1994. We both attended and graduated from SDSU, in Brookings, SD. Upon graduating in 1995, with a major in Ag-Business and a minor in Marketing, we decided to move “back home”. Moving back home was probably not our first choice of places to live. Now; however, we are thankful to live and raise our family of eight among our relatives, friends, and exceptional rural communities. After a number of jobs in a variety of fields, I had the opportunity to obtain my Appraisers license and subsequently my Real Estate license in 2002 and go “out on my own”. Heartland Real Estate Services, LLC was established in 2006, and I have operated my appraisal business under that title ever since. Recently, I have also added a real estate brokerage. I enjoy my work and am very thankful for it! I also enjoy raising my family with my wife, being an active member of my church, farming, bus driving, managing rental properties, being on the Red Rock Central School Board, hunting, and the outdoors.
Through faith in God, who gives me daily strength, I continue to look forward to whatever He has in store. I humbly look forward to the opportunity to earn your business and friendship.
